Return Policy for BZAFF

At BZAFF, we extend the return period to 30 days.


How to Get a Refund or Make an Exchange

1. Contact Us to Initiate Your Return

Please contact us to inform us of your return. You can either call us, send an email to: return@bzaff.com, or create a return request via our website.

Let us know whether you wish to return the item for an exchange (for another size or item) or if you wish to receive a refund.

2. Prepare Your Return Package

Package your item(s) securely, using the original packaging if possible.

3. Affix the Return Label to the Package, Clearly Visible

Attach the label included with your order to a visible part of the packaging.

  • If you cannot find the label, go to My Purchases and select your order, then print the “Return Label.”
  • If you do not have an account yet, please send us an email with your order number.

4. Drop Off Your Parcel

You can choose between two drop-off points: at a post office or at a merchant within the La Poste network (Note: this should be adapted based on the actual shipping provider/network BZAFF uses, e.g., “within your local postal network”).

Within a period of 3 to 12 working days from the date we receive your package in our warehouses, we will proceed with the necessary steps for the size change or the refund of your item(s).


Return Conditions

To process exchanges and returns, please note the following:

  • Returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Personalized clothing and accessories cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • For hygiene reasons, slips, thongs, and panties have a protective device to prevent them from being tried on or used. If you wish to return these types of items, it is essential that they retain the **original tag and protective device**.
  • As soon as we receive your package, we will check the condition of the items and proceed with the size exchange or refund for the returned garments. Please remember that for returns sent via postal mail, **we will not accept shipments sent freight collect (C.O.D.)**, and shipping and return costs will **not be covered** by us.
